Description: A end-to-end multi-directional text detector based on CTPN， which detects a text line in a sequence of fine-scale text proposals directly in convolutional feature maps, and then connected by a recurrent neural network. It utilize anchor mechanism that jointly predicts location and text/non-text score of each fixed-width proposal. Besides, we use the recgintion score for filtering the false detection.
