DUDE - submission instructions

Dear DUDE participants, 

To help with submissions, we have drafted a small doc detailing submission instructions: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GauL-XnOa16cmKzPdnTS-GligZbHQkW3nAy26Rc6S_A/edit?usp=sharing 

If anything goes wrong and you cannot resolve the submission issues, you can always send your submission.json to the official email address.
