Rumsey (General) Data Update

The training and validation data images for the Rumsey (General) data has been updated to fix a color channel order error that arose during the data export process. Please make sure to download the latest version (v1.1), in which the error has been corrected.

Note that the IGN (French) and Sample data were not affected by this error.
