IGN (French) Data Update

The IGN (French) data has been updated to version 1.1 with a minor change to pixel coordinates. The prior version translated coordinates for the cropped tile using rounded, integer coordinate. This update leads to subpixel differences is unlikely to have significant effects on any models trained using version 1.0.0.
