Description: In this method, firstly, Extremal Re- gions (ERs) are robustly extracted from each channel of a given image. Secondly, the linkage between the components is calculated and a pruning method of repeated Connected Components (CCs) is used to get a set of non-overlapping CCs. Minimum cost maximum flow is used to extract candidate lines of two directions, and a merging strategy is used to combine results of all directions and channels. Non-text lines with a small average CNN score are eliminated.
